TEP Pty Ltd. adheres to Australian National Privacy Principles.

TEP may need to collect personal information from you through any number of means including application forms and phone calls to enable us to service your needs effectively and efficiently.

In some cases, TEP or its country partners may distribute certain information about an individual to assist in its operation. This may include medical and health information along with your name and other personal details. You do not have to provide any information to TEP, however if you chose not to it may seriously effect our ability to assist you.

We do not collect information from you unless it is necessary for us to service your needs appropriately. We only collect information by lawful and fair means and the information is stored at the TEP office – 210 Richmond Road, CLARENDON NSW 2756. This information can be sourced by individuals or organisations if there is a reasonable reason for the request.

The information we collect will only be used for reasonable purposes, i.e. –

  • To assist an individual or organisation with a requested service
  • For a related issue to the service requested
  • If the disclosure of the information is necessary to prevent a serious and imminent threat to life, health or safety
  • If the information is requested because a person is breaking the law

If the information we collect is to be used for marketing purposes we will always inform the applicant and request consent.

We strive to ensure the information we hold is, to the best of our knowledge and ability, up to date and accurate. We also have sufficient security measures in place to make sure no unauthorised persons can access the information.

At all times we ask our applicants to make reasonable efforts to ensure the information we hold on them is up to date and accurate.
